A pair of snail-shaped condiment holders, consisting of a salt, pepper, and mustard service, along with a sauce boat. The shells, painted in warm shades of ochre and caramel, elegantly contrast with the deep green of the foliage. Decorative pieces full of whimsy that evoke the table arts of the 1950s-1960s. Each snail can hold condiments, olives, nuts, small snacks, or simply serve as an original decorative object in a country kitchen or vintage interior. In good vintage condition, shiny, with some usage chips on the tips of the leaves, a mini hairline crack on the large snail in the centre, and cracks on the base, along with a firing-related crack on the leaf holding the three snails. No impact on the overall sturdiness (see photos). Large snail: 21 cm long, 10 cm high, 10 cm wide. Small snail: 15 cm long, 10 cm high, 13 cm wide. A decorative and unusual composition, perfect for adding a touch of poetry and humour to a table.
