Scandinavian sofa, 1960

Superb vintage sofa bed with a typical Scandinavian design from the 50s/60s. Solid wood structure with slender slatted armrests. Original red fabric with subtle patterns. Convertible into a bed: simple and functional mechanism, one armrest folds down for added comfort. Generally in good condition, with some signs of wear due to age and stained fabric (see photos) although it has been cleaned. Ideal for retro, vintage, or mid-century decor.
