Scandinavian daybed vintage Knoll sofa bed

Very beautiful two-seater bench or daybed from the 1960s, Stella model by Wilhelm Knoll. In good original condition. The structure consists of a frame made of wood and black metal, with chrome tubular steel at the back. The seat and backrest are padded (spring and horsehair) and covered in a blue-green wool fabric. It can be transformed into a small guest bed thanks to a sliding rail system and two foldable armrests. The slatted base (nozag spring) is very comfortable. There are discreet signs of wear on the black metal, a slight mark on the seat fabric, and a repair on the backrest. Dimensions: length 160 cm, total width 67 cm, total height 78 cm, seat height 40 cm, length when open 200 cm, sleeping area 67 X 200 cm.
