Antique German colour lithographic table globe by Paul Räth & Dr A Krause, Leipzig, 1920s. Overall condition is good, with visible wear and ageing, and a bit of a split in the centre of the map (please look at all the pictures carefully). It is mounted on a metal spindle and stands on a stained, turned faux bamboo wood stand. Height: 65 cm, globe diameter: 33 cm. Many of the items we have for sale are from 'real life'; they were all made for use and purpose. There will always be signs of use and ageing, which we think gives each item its individuality and personal charm. We clean and repair but always try our best to keep everything in its original state. We will always give you a good idea of condition and especially highlight anything that we consider may have aesthetic or structural concern. You are more than welcome to purchase this item in person and pick it up from our London-based workshop.
