Square coffee table in chromed metal and smoked glass

This pretty coffee table whose base is chromed metal and the top in amber smoked glass, in the "space age" style, harmoniously mixes straight lines and curves: top with rounded corners, base rounding at the top of the corners. It probably dates from the 70s. The glass top is simply placed on 6 screws with a black pastic tip that protrude from the frame. It is in good general condition, solid and stable, but does not hide its age: the chromium is a little stitched in places, a small round halo (1 cm in diameter) in the glass, but not very visible because transparent and localized on the edge. It was missing two small black plastic tips on the screws where the glass is placed, I replaced them (by the small caps found on the back of black ballpoint pens, system d but it works very well and the difference is not obvious). The base is a square of 40 cm side, the top measures 37.5 cm side, the table measures 42 cm high. The set weighs about 2 kg. For a colissimo shipment, I may make two separate packages if it seems necessary for the security of the glass tray.
