Low cherry wood coffee table, 1950s

This coffee table was made in Denmark in the 1950s. It is made of bird cherry wood, also known as cherry wood. It is very attractive, hard, and at the same time elastic and resistant to mechanical loads. It is mainly used for the production of high-quality furniture and musical instrument components. The tabletop features two shades of brown, with the darkest section in the centre of the table. The turned legs are made of solid wood.
