Elegant antique cage chandelier in Louis XV style, with a patinated metal structure richly adorned with numerous cut glass pendants. A very beautiful composition featuring various shapes of pendants: large faceted drops, cut elements, rosettes, oval pendants, and a significant faceted ball at the lower part. The centre of the chandelier is also embellished with several worked glass elements. A particularly decorative chandelier that beautifully captures light and offers a strong presence once hung. Old manufacture, probably French, dating from the first half of the 20th century. Exact dating and manufacturer unidentified; no signature noted. Structure in gilded/patinated metal, probably brass or bronze. Pendants in cut glass or unidentified antique crystal. Old electrification that has been modified during the chandelier's life.
