Sergio Rodrigues, Eleh Bench for OCA Brazil

Designed by the Brazilian hardwood virtuoso Sergio Rodrigues and produced by OCA in the 1960s, the Eleh side table or bench is an absolute beauty. The bench was originally conceived for Oscar Niemeyer's iconic Manchete building, home to Bloch Enterprises, a leading figure in Brazil's communications industry at the time. Its construction features an imbuia veneer-covered wood box and robust solid wood legs. The seamless integration of metal buttons, connecting the legs with the seating part, adds a detailed touch to his design. This piece stands in a good, original condition, ready to grace any space.
