Carlo Hauner (IcCon 1927-1997) is known for his creations for Forma, a Brazilian furniture company that brought many iconic designs to life. Carlo Hauner founded Forma in Brazil after moving to Buenos Aires in 1938 and designed simultaneously, often in collaboration with Martin Eisler. In 1958, Carlo Hauner returned to Italy where he established the Italian branch of the company. He worked for many highly respected clients and produced numerous iconic designs. His creations are highly regarded in the design world. Unlike most of his creations, this coffee table was solely designed by Carlo Hauner himself. A functional and compartmentalised teak wood coffee table, designed by Carlo Hauner and manufactured by Forma in 1961. The table is divided into 4 different segments, each segment serving as a storage compartment, which is practical. Each storage compartment has its own lid. A total of 4 lids are included, comprising 2 wooden lids and 2 glass lids. The lids can also be used as serving trays, enhancing the table's functionality.
