Modular white coffee table designed by Carlo Hauner for Forma

Special and versatile design by Carlo Hauner for Forma, produced in Italy in the early 1960s. This elegant coffee table is constructed from a white lacquered plywood structure with eight separate tops – seven with a black laminate surface and one with a glass top with a brass edge. The loose tops can be positioned and flipped in different ways, creating a new look each time. The table is in good vintage condition with light signs of use appropriate to its age. The wider base provides a floating visual effect, giving the table an airy elegance.
