Farm table pitch pine 2 x 1 m from the 1950s

Vintage large farmhouse table in pitch pine from the 1950s. We love its comfortable dimensions, with a depth of over one metre and a length of 2 metres. The finely tapered legs give it a beautiful overall appearance. The height under the apron of 63 cm is very comfortable for a period farmhouse table. The pitch pine gives it a lovely hue, and the grain is very elegant. The tabletop is very thick, and the boards are joined with tongues, ensuring good durability over time. Fully restored, sanded, treated, lightly stained, and then protected with a transparent matte varnish. The tabletop appears to be slightly warped on one small side; this is very subtle and not bothersome, but I prefer to mention it. The patina of use has been preserved, which adds to its authenticity.
