Thonet 1900 rocking chair

1900s bentwood and canework thonet rocking chair. Its beautiful bentwood curves and loops were created using the traditional craft of dipping and bending wood with no straight lines to be found. It has its original canework and although the seat is in good condition, there is some age related loss on the back. This beautiful historic piece of furniture would look great in any interior. Seat height: 50cm.
