Empire period fireplace screen

Empire period mahogany fireplace screen with detached columns and chiseled and gilded bronze ornamentation. This set rests on a quadripod base forming arcs of a circle. The central frame of this screen is removable and covered with a new tapestry with empire style laurel motifs. French varnish. In very good condition. Parisian work from the empire period around 1810 h X w X d = 86 X 63 X 30cm.
