Very beautiful vintage Italian decorative jug made of moulded glass and gilded brass, of a good size and elegant appearance, inspired by neo-classical models. Vintage from the 1980s, stamped "FERRI-80" under the base. The body is made of thick moulded glass, featuring relief decorations of garlands and circular patterns. The mount in brass, formerly gilded, has a slender shape, with a wide flared neck, a brass foot, and a rococo-style handle and stopper, finely crafted. Approximately 31.5cm in maximum height with the handle, 30cm in height at the spout, with a maximum width of about 13cm (spout + handle), and a body diameter of approximately 9-10cm. The overall condition is good, with no visible chips or cracks on the glass. The original gilding is worn, revealing the brass underneath, with an irregular patina and fine micro-scratches from cleaning and use, giving a slightly brushed appearance consistent with the age of the item. The stopper is present, but its original cork has been replaced with a plastic stopper. Weighs approximately 750-800g.
