The amber Murano chandelier from the mid-century by Toni Zuccheri for VeArt Scorze Venezia was made in Italy in the 1970s. VeArt was founded in 1965 through the collaboration of Sergio Biliotti and Ludovico Diaz de Santillana. Ludovico Diaz was also the artistic director of the famous glassworks Venini. The company collaborated with international artists and designers, including Toni Zuccheri. VeArt produced blown artistic glass until the 1990s, when its brand was purchased and incorporated by Artemide. The glass parts are made of thick blown Murano glass with stunning colours. The lamp bears the original label and requires three E14 bulbs (not included). Very good vintage condition. Dimensions - total height 76 cm, width 40 cm, height 43 cm. The cable may be original and could require replacement unless otherwise specified.
