Superb vintage Italian suspension light with a sculptural design, made of green smoked glass plates mounted on a chrome metal structure. An iconic model of the Space Age style from the 1970s. This suspension is distinguished by its geometric and airy composition: it consists of several thick, slightly green-tinted oval discs and panels of glass, arranged vertically around a central axis. The elements are fixed to a tubular chrome metal structure, creating a play of transparency, reflections, and particularly decorative overlays. The central cylindrical diffuser houses the bulb and diffuses a soft light filtered through the glass plates. The whole is suspended by a metal chain and a matching ceiling cover.
