Empire-Charles X walnut office chair with a richly moulded gondola backrest. The rolled backrest with scrolls creates a particularly elegant and comfortable line, typical of French furniture from the first half of the 19th century. The armrests end in beautiful carved scrolls and rest on finely crafted supports. The wide and generous seat is upholstered in patinated olive green velvet, highlighted by antique studding. The turned and fluted front legs bring balance and refinement to the whole.
