1950s Siegel Paris display counter (renovated)

Rare, 1950s commercial display counter, made of oak, glass, leather, and brass, stamped Siegel Paris. It is a true testament to the craftsmanship of Siegel Paris, founded in the late 19th century, which is an iconic name in the design and manufacture of high-end commercial furniture, such as counters, display cases, and displays. This display counter, formerly used in a haberdashery, is double-sided. It is composed as follows: Upper part: a glass display case lined with beige leather, accessible by two sliding oak doors. Lower part: two sliding oak doors open onto a spacious storage area, divided into two parts, each fitted with a removable shelf. This display counter has been carefully cleaned and the varnish on its oak structure has been polished with linseed oil.
