Training at sint-lucas in ghent and husband of painter and graphic artists moniek gheysens. Desimpel's works often seem to contain messages in secret visual language; signs and symbols depicting an atmosphere of secrecy. It works mainly in large formats and is very boisterous with paint. 20th century. Size: 122cm high X 90cm wide.
