Set of 3 engravings representing monuments of Paris: early 20th century and signed lower right in pencil by the engraver Lucien Gautier. - Lucien Gautier (born in 1850 in Aix en Provence / died in 1925 in this city) is a French engraver, illustrator, draftsman and painter. From 1881 to 1886, he worked as an illustrator for the magazine l'Art. He exhibited his etchings at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1880 to 1924. - This set of 3 engravings under glass represents respectively: 1/ the interior of the Ste Chapelle 2/ Notre Dale de Paris 3/ The St Michel bridge. - Dimensions: 13x18.5cm - Each engraving is under glass - Very good condition, no tear, a small point on the engraving "Pont St Michel" and a small stain on "Ste Chapelle" (see annotated detail photos). - Careful shipping.
