Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso Aborigines art glass bowl Murano

A superb Murano glass bowl made using the Aborigeni technique. Designed by Ercole Barovier and produced by Barovier & Toso around the 1950s. Barovier & Toso is the oldest Murano glass manufacturer, founded in 1295. Under the artistic direction of Ercole Barovier from 1920, the company won numerous awards for its innovations and produced designs that became iconic.
