Antique oil painting on cardboard, a bouquet of pink carnations, signed and dated 1899. A handwritten message from the painter on the back of the work reads "Francine Giraud, August 19, 1899, Draguignan." A second message indicates that it was given as a gift in the 1950s. A few glimpses into its history. Overall dimensions: 61 x 40.8 cm. In good condition, with some wear and imperfections (see photos). Carefully packaged and shipped.
