This lithograph “les aspects de la nature - la baie” is signed henri rivière and bears a red stamp in the lower left corner. The work is authentic and old. For the condition, note in the margin, fold marks, dirt and small stains, small tears at the top and right side (from 0.2 to 2 cm). Henri rivière (1864-1951) is a french painter, engraver and illustrator. He began his career with drawing and then with intaglio engraving, specifically etching in 1882. At the same time, he began a career as a director and scenographer in 1886, from the shadow theater to the chat noir cabaret, shows that he improved by creating very innovative color sets. He then devoted himself exclusively to painting and engraving and established himself in the history of etching, printmaking, woodcuts, lithography and watercolor (he painted around a thousand watercolors).
