Antique Belarti-style ecru ceramic coffee table

Superb coffee table made from vintage earthenware tiles. An abstract design in shades of blue and yellow stands out against an ecru background. The structure features wrought iron scroll legs and a wooden top on which the tiles rest. The piece is in the style of Belarti for Juliette Belarti, whose real name was Julien Covermaeker (1927-2003), a ceramicist from Ostend, Belgium. An exceptional piece for collectors. Some normal signs of wear.
