7 barbotine plates from Sarreguemines

Set of 7 barbotine plates decorated with plums, pottery from Sarreguemines, late 19th century. Rare and very decorative model: purple relief plums on a bed of autumn leaves in golden and green tones. Scalloped edge, shiny period glaze, white glazed reverse. Perfect as dessert plates, for a wall display, or for an autumn table. The plum colour is deep, luminous, and pairs wonderfully with brass and linen. Condition: Very good overall condition. No cracks, no missing pieces. Slight wear to the glaze in places, consistent with their age, which adds to their charm. One of them has a small chip on the reverse, invisible when placed.
