A perfect symbiosis of lightness and solidity. The Danish architect and furniture designer Hans J. Wegner created this classic of Scandinavian furniture design back in 1944, during the early phase of his career. Crafted from beech wood and woven with paper cord. In good condition. There is a repaired area of damage on one of the runners.
