Modernist Scandinavian-style teak desk by MDK, Belgium circa 1960.

Very nice modernist desk in Scandinavian style made of teak and teak veneer from around 1960. Characteristic of the productions of the Belgian manufacturer MKD (Mobiliers de Klerck) with Danish inspiration, it stands out with its top supporting 2 cabinets of 3 drawers held by superb full-height tapered legs, giving a very fluid and light design. The backs are also veneered in teak so it can be placed in the center of a room. The pretty brass drawer knobs are also noteworthy, with the upper drawers having locks (non-functional due to the absence of keys). Width 120 cm, depth 60 cm, height 72 cm including 2 cm for the thickness of the top. In excellent used condition (however, there is a micro chip of wood on the front right corner of the top and a small restoration of the veneer on the bottom left side, see the last 2 photos) with a beautiful patina, this desk will bring a true chic touch to your interior.
