René Gabriel sideboard dating from the 1940s (post-war furniture known as disaster relief furniture from the famous designer René Gabriel) Solid oak furniture with veneer. Good general condition of the whole, normal signs of use given its age. It consists of 2 doors revealing 3 modular shelves for various storage. In the center there are 5 drawers which slide perfectly well. The locks of the 2 doors are new with their original keys. The sideboard has been completely renovated (cleaning, stripping, sanding, interior and exterior treatment against wood-boring insects, restoration of the bottom in the lower part, change of plywood floors, renovation of the 2 sides with plywood, creation of a satin black patina on the upper shelf, passage of a wax on the entire sideboard) The structure and the feet are very stable. This sideboard will be ideal in a living room or a kitchen.
