Two-door wardrobe. Louis XV.

Provincial wardrobe (West of France) in oak with two solid Louis XV doors. Made at the end of the 18th century. It is a marriage wardrobe of rather compact size. It has a straight molded cornice (original). Its doors with curved and molded panels are decorated with scrolls and shells, and its lower panels are in cartouche. Its fittings are brass pins on the sides. The carving is bold and regular, with a beautiful warm patina. Overall good condition and signs of use.
