Library buffet with two bodies in rosewood, Napoleonic III period, 19th century. It consists of a lower section opening with two solid doors, framed by twisted columns resting on massive feet. The belt is adorned with worked mouldings and a central drawer featuring a bronze lock entry. The upper section presents a glazed body with two doors, featuring moulded frames with scrollwork, revealing an interior shelf. The antique fittings, handles, and lock entries contribute to the charm of the whole. Beautiful warm patina of the rosewood, with a rich decoration typical of 19th-century historicist productions inspired by the Renaissance.
