Djinn Airborne Sofa Olivier Mourges

Superb "Djinn" sofa, designed by Olivier Mourgue for Airborne, France 1965. Red/purple hue, ultra-comfortable and incredibly stylish, iconic, which will become the centrepiece of your home! The sofa still has its original cover, which will need to be replaced as it has some defects, including small cat claw holes and a few stains. The foam is in very good condition. Materials: steel tube frame, foam padding, and textile covering. Dimensions: 127x75x65cm. The sofa became an icon of 20th-century design when Stanley Kubrick featured it in "2001: A Space Odyssey, " where the sofas and chairs are part of the furnishings in a futuristic Hilton hotel.
