Extremely rare collector’s piece: Original “Storvik” rattan lounge chair by IKEA, designed by Carl Öjerstam in 2001. A true Scandinavian design icon, only produced for a short time and now highly sought after internationally – featured in Architectural Digest and leading interior magazines. Dimensions: approx. 95 cm wide X 155 cm deep X 85 cm high. Material: Hand-woven rattan on a sturdy frame. Condition: Very good and fully functional, with age-appropriate wear to the rattan – no breaks, no repairs. About 20 years old, used as a lounge chair – showing the vintage patina and character that collectors value. Collection in Karlsruhe, Germany, preferred.
