Wall decoration plate Morocco

This beautiful plate or shallow dish will not go unnoticed, perfect for decorating a wall, either alone or in a collection. It is made of fired red clay adorned with beautiful reliefs carved into the material, featuring patterns in an oriental style and has a lovely glaze in turquoise blue, green, and black tones. The result of artisanal work likely done in Morocco in the 1980s, you can see under the base areas without glaze: the marks of the artisan's fingers who held the piece while applying the glaze. It is in generally good condition, neither cracked nor chipped, but does show some signs of its age, with small, barely visible nicks located on the underside of the rim, and a few original defects: uneven colours on the edge, small touch-ups for masking. The base is pierced with two holes to facilitate hanging on the wall. It measures 26 cm in diameter and has a height of 7 cm.
