Glazed black ceramic vase with a single stem, signed, circa 1950.

Elegant ceramic vase turned around the 1970s. Generously rounded body and perfectly shaped. Narrow, cylindrical neck. Its form evokes traditional bottle vases, here reinterpreted in a very understated modernist aesthetic. Completely covered in a deep, glossy black glaze, revealing traces and irregularities from the turning process in places, as well as subtle variations in material. These nuances give the vase a handcrafted and lively appearance: colours ranging from black to khaki green depending on the light. Signed on the reverse in the mass. In very good condition. Dimensions: H17.5 x Ø13.5.
