Painting "Portrait of an elegant lady" signed Belzacq first half of the 20th century

Small drawing made in ink on paper (with hotel stamp on the back) signed belzacq (or belzaec) with cartridge added to the glass of the frame. The drawing is presented on a red velvet background (drawing partially glued). Note a trace of original tearing on the left edge + an angle: this work must have been made directly on a notebook from l'hôtel then removed from the notebook. Possibility of sending only the drawing in letter format with tracking (allow 5 euros for shipping). Dimensions of the drawing: 12 / 18.5 cm.
