Vintage ashtray / pocket tray lumax – modernist design 12x12 cm

Sell an authentic ashtray (or catchall) from the famous LUMAX brand, dating from the 1950s to 1970s. An iconic piece of French modernist and brutalist design, often attributed to Charlotte Perriand and Le Corbusier. • Material: Very thick, heavy, and transparent moulded glass with a textured base. • Dimensions: Square format of 12 x 12 cm (height of about 5 cm). • Authenticity: The "LUMAX" brand is clearly visible and embossed in the glass (see photo). Condition: Good overall condition and nice shine. Note: a small discreet chip is present on the high inner edge of the rim (perfectly visible in the last two zoomed photos). This does not weaken the item and remains discreet once placed, but the price reflects this. Ideal for vintage, industrial vintage, or Scandinavian sideboard decoration. Shipping will be very careful and ultra-protected (bubble wrap and double-corrugated cardboard) or can be collected in person.
