Vintage Danish Poul Cadovius Cubex modular shelving unit Cado 1960s

This Cubex cabinet was designed in the 1960s by Danish designer Poul Cadovius for Cado. While the designs are usually in teak, this version in warm pine, Nordic Pine, is a rare and unique appearance. Thanks to the clever modular system with the distinctive black connecting clips, the cabinet is fully dismountable and can be assembled according to your own wishes. The cabinet is neatly finished on both sides, making it suitable not only against the wall but also as a room divider or as a TV unit. The shelving unit is in good condition, with signs of use appropriate to its vintage age. There are dents and scratches in the wood all around. There is slight discolouration on the top and some scratches on the bottom. Dimensions. Width: 67 cm. Depth: 30 cm. Height: 140 cm. Shelf when the cabinet is upright: Width: 30 cm. Depth: 30 cm.
