Vintage display cabinet from Maison Capelle

Display cabinet with sliding glass doors, made by Maison Capelle in the 1960s, in the south of France, Montauban (82). Structure, back, and feet in mahogany, exterior in varnished mahogany veneer, interior in varnished sycamore veneer, lower part closed by 2 opening doors with a lock and golden key. Display sections: 2 sliding doors equipped with 1 half shelf, covering half the depth. The 2 vertical glass sections are slightly angled inwards to limit light reflections. Finish of the slides with a brass strip, spindle feet on adjustable golden brass. Very good overall condition, note some discreet scratches on the varnish (upper part on the left side). Nice colour contrasts thanks to the different types of wood.
