Old plate Rouen - Forges Les Eaux - Black ass

19th century french earthenware plate from rouen. It is decorated with a basket of flowers in a range of blue and white. The underside is covered with a "cul noir", a darker glaze applied to reinforce the solidity. Very beautiful decorative piece and very old. The enamel is cracked and the plate has a superficial crack visible in the photos.
