Pollock office chairs manufactured by Comforto

I have 4 identical armchairs that I recently inherited. For sale as a set or separately. This pair of office chairs was designed by Charles Pollock for the German manufacturer Comforto in the 1970s. The seats are made of durable brown plastic and covered with high-quality olive green fabric. Their swivel base and high armrests are features designed to ensure excellent comfort, even during prolonged use. These chairs were specifically created for office environments. Charles Randolph Pollock (1930-2013) was an American industrial designer, famous for designing elegant furniture, including an office chair with a unique peripheral aluminium frame, known as the "Pollock Chair." Introduced in 1963 and still manufactured today, this iconic chair has become a reference in American offices of the 1960s. It notably appears in the television series Mad Men and is part of the collections of prestigious institutions such as the Smithsonian Institution and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
