Art Deco U Based Coffee Table

We are proud to offer this exceptional Art Deco coffee table dating to the 1930s. Comprises a circular top with an inset plate glass mirror which sits neatly in a recess. This is supported by four “u” base shaped supports and the whole supported on a circular base. All veneered in beautiful short straight grained walnut, quite dark and sophisticated in colour. The insides of the supports are fully veneered and polished and are as good as the outside. This is a very sturdy example with stunning geometrical design and in excellent condition having passed through our workshops and having been traditionally hand French polished. As with all Art Deco furniture, along with great design, there is also a great deal of glamour which this wonderful example certainly has. The mirrored top reflecting all the spirits, glasses and cocktail shakers on its surface would certainly be a wonderful focal point for guests and would certainly add glamour to any soirée.
