Baluster vase in glazed earthenware inspired by Provence, in the style of Moustiers. Made on a speckled cream background, it features a charming polychrome hand-painted decoration: A traditional character of a peasant/porter with a basket. A fantastic bird in Moustiers style at the neck. Delicate floral scrolls and butterflies. Inscribed "Vieux Moustiers" under the base. Perfect for adding a vintage, authentic, and warm touch to a sideboard, console, or occasional table. In very good vintage condition. No major chips or cracks to report.
