Iconic Falcon armchair by Sigurd Ressell. Made in Norway by Vatne Møbler, 1970s (probably 1971–1974). Sought-after variant on a solid chrome steel frame — after 1974, Vatne Møbler replaced the steel with plywood. Burgundy/oxblood leather cushion, hammock-style suspended on canvas, steel frame. Good vintage condition, slight signs of wear. Frame and canvas in good condition (slight natural discolouration of the canvas). Original leather with a slight patina. Iconic design, beautifully crafted.
