Salt and pepper duo Karl Holmberg, Sweden 1960

Beautiful salt and pepper set on a base, authentic Scandinavian design from the 1960s. This set was made by the Karl Holmberg factory in Götene, Sweden, renowned for its high-quality work with exotic woods during the Mid-Century period. Solid teak and stainless steel caps. Base with an elegant central handle and two recessed compartments for the containers. In perfect condition, appears to have never been used. Original marking on one lid: K. Holmberg – Rostfritt – Götene Sweden.
