Very rare bing and grondahl (b&g) salt and pepper set no 531/541 model casablanca estimated 1950s denmark. Made in beautiful white porcelain with intact bottom plugs. Normal signs of use, no chips, cracks or other defects. They measure 8.5 cm in height and 6.5 cm in diameter at the widest point. Bing and grondahl was a danish ceramics factory founded in 1853 by frederik vilhelm grøndahl and harald bing. The factory was located in copenhagen and was known for its production of porcelain. Bing and grøndahl primarily produced decorative porcelain, including figurines, vases, bowls and plates. Many of their designs were inspired by nature motifs and the factory had a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
