Old interior window in solid oak with transom – Early 20th century. Architectural charm and authenticity. Superb old window in solid oak complete with its original frame. It consists of two opening casements topped with an elegant fixed transom with a lowered arch. • Period ironwork: Original cast iron cremones, functional and beautifully crafted, accompanied by its brackets and hinges in brushed steel. • Double staging: The first photos offer integration inspirations (set into a bookshelf or as a workshop glass partition) to imagine its full potential. Condition of the item: Good overall condition for its age. The wood has a beautiful old patina. Note: a small chip on the lower left corner of one pane (see detail photo) possible to replace the glass, nothing serious, with no impact on the overall sturdiness. Ready to be installed indoors or to be adapted according to your projects. • Material: Solid oak, cast iron and steel fittings. • Style: Early 20th century / Classic / Haussmannian style. • Total dimensions (with frame): * Width: 130 cm. ◦ Height: 177 cm. ◦ Depth (thickness of the frame): 13.5 cm. • Dimensions of the openings: ◦ Thickness of the windows alone: 5 cm. ◦ Width of the left casement: 57 cm. ◦ Width of the right casement (handle side): 58 cm.
