Emu armchair model Rio 1970

Garden armchair by the brand EMU, model Rio, iconic of the brand. Garden/interior armchair, model "Rio", produced in Italy between 1960 and 1970. Tubular steel structure, seat and backrest in metal mesh covered with white rilsan paint — a graphic and streamlined line, in the spirit of Bertoia, which has made this model a reference in Italian modernist garden furniture. Chair height 78 cm, seat height 44.5 cm, width with armrests 51 cm, seat depth 41 cm. Overall in good condition. Note some wear on the original pads, slight signs of oxidation, and general signs of age.
