Large red fat lava vase

Large glossy red vase in modernist chamotte clay, 1960s. It could be from a West German factory but the thick glossy red fat lava glaze and the black glaze inside strongly recall the work of Robert and Jean Cloutier (Paris), but is not signed. Excellent condition, it can easily be transformed into a lamp base (example photo). It will give a touch of color and authentic design to your interior. Dimensions: H 30 cm, diameter 14 cm. Opening size 8 cm. The egg is there to give you the scale.
