Set of 4 chairs and a vintage dining table in brass imitation bamboo made in France in the 1970s. This mid-century dining chair and table set is decorated with high-quality gold metal frames shaped like faux bamboo. Additional naturalistic details such as stems and knots, as well as arches in the corners, make the design soft and elegant. These chairs and table have a generous size and practically complement interiors such as Traditional, Modernist, Hollywood Regency, 70s retro, or Contemporary. The gold brass metal frame has a substantial weight. Suspended in the centre of the frame, the original smoked glass appears to float, adding lightness. The glass top is removable and in very good condition with no chips or damage. Structurally, the brass frame is stable and has the original light antique patina that adds character. Each foot has original metal caps at the end to protect the floor. The chairs are sturdy, reliable, and extremely comfortable. The upholstery of the chairs has been replaced with quality materials.
