Discover this magnificent rare illustration featuring the sea allouette ⭐ this work of a beautiful size of 30 X 44 cm is highlighted by a thick quality cream-colored canson type paper ⭐ this engraving, printed in only 1470 copies, is a rare piece with colors and details, majestically reflecting the ornithological and zoological talents of catesby and seligmann ⭐ the plate, taken from a work illustrated by jm seligmann, is a faithful reproduction of the nuremberg edition of 1768. Published in paris in 1973, she paid homage to the work of m.catesby, an 18th century naturalist and engraver. The carefully colored plate captures the diversity and beauty of exotic birds. ⭐ it is in very good condition.
